After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the domestic flight from Antananarivo to Morondava. On arrival, you will be welcomed by your western Madagascar guide and continue directly by private 4x4 toward Kirindy Forest.
The road passes through dry western landscapes, baobab scenery, villages and red-earth tracks. After check-in, enjoy a guided day walk in Kirindy, one of Madagascar’s best dry forest wildlife reserves. Possible sightings include Verreaux’s sifaka, red-fronted brown lemur, birds, reptiles, dry forest plants and signs of fossa activity.
